I also see that I have an update for the phone available - 10.3.2.440 to 10.3.2.556.Something wrong with BlackBerryLink.exe ? So now my question is - what is the next step? haha (huge question I know!) I mean - now I know it's something in the other user's profile.but where do I even start. ![]() Thank you! (and thank you aq for allowing me to post my question here - I appreciate it!) I am at least able to have my contacts and appointments on my phone. So - already, b_t, you've helped me tremendously. I was able to perform the sync (I did it one way from my PC to the phone since the phone had lost all calendar entries and appointments and I don't know what happens with a 2-way in that situation).I was able to Configure the calendar and contacts sync settings without Link crashing.I did not bother configuring the email account in the Outlook account for the new user - so all that is within the new user's Outlook is contacts and calendar.pst so that new user could access it (this file contains ONLY contacts and calendar appointments) I can no longer sync my Z10 to my PC/Outlook.Īlso - if anyone is willing to look at the scan and BB Link logs or any screenshots please let me know (can I upload them/insert them into the post from my PC?) Nothing is working - Link crashes as soon as I hit that Configure Link. I also tried deleting the BlackBerry Link Calendar, Contacts Account from my Z10 and start from scratch that way. I also tried "Reset Settings" within Link - but get the same problem when I actually try to configure either Calendar or Contact sync. I also saw these Events in Events Viewer (I just tried to find anything to do with RIM or BB - not sure if any of this is relevant or helps)ĭescription: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.Įxception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 771B6439įaulting application BlackBerryLink.exe, version 1.2.4.39, time stamp 0x55637b50, faulting module ntdll.dll, version. ![]() Still same problem - the MOMENT I click on Calendar - Configure or Contacts - Configure Link crashes and I get this error: Īs far as I could tell - although I'm not 100% sure - the scans did not reveal anything to fix (the only cannot repair messages I see have to do with the Windows sidebar). Stopped working all of the sudden.ĭid a clean uninstall following directions here. Link was syncing calendar and contacts with Outlook program/PC perfectly for months. PROBLEM: The minute I click on Calendar - Configure or Contacts - Configure within BlackBerry Link (it's how you configure it to sync with MS Outlook) Link crashes. Nobody seems to have the answer to this issue.hoping someone here will give it a look.
